Formerly known as the Most Improved Program Award, this award recognizes programmatic achievements that raise the bar of success for our profession. Recipients exemplify operational excellence through effective leadership, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes that span across one or more phases of emergency management and strengthen their organizations and the communities they serve. This award requires an active KEMA membership.
